Time/Date: accept different formats for date, YYYY-MM-DD [HH:MM[:SS]], DD-MM-YYYY [HH:MM[:SS]] and DD/MM/YYYY [HH:MM[:SS]], convert it to classic one used by pamhyr, and prevent user when he's using a wrong one
